Would You Take This Job?
Would you work in a small craft-cafe environment (barista/food prep) with a $15–20/hr range—learning customer service and barista skills? Why or why not?

I worked at a craft cafe nearby, and weekends were won or lost in the first 15 minutes — restock cups/lids, dial in espresso before opening, and pre-label pastry bags so the line moves. If you can, ask about tip pooling; on busy days it added $3–$5/hr for us.

I’d take it if weekend opens are at least two people; solo opens are brutal. Tiny tip: keep separate, labeled pitchers for oat/almond/whole with pre-marked 8oz/12oz lines and a cold backup set - cuts seconds per drink and prevents remakes when the rush hits.
