In my first commissary, the Sysco smallwares kit was all Cambro, so the name spread and stuck even after we bought Rubbermaid/Carlisle. “trying to be pedantic, just curious what shop or era made that stick.” — I’d pin it on those early-2000s vendor spec kits and ServSafe photos, and my one tip is to Sharpie the rim CAM/RMB so lids don’t get cross-threaded when someone yells for a “Cambro.” You seeing it more from chain shops or indies?
