Breakfast rush on two grills

We’re hitting 120 cars between 6:30–9:00 with two grills and one toaster, and ticket times jump past 90 seconds when mobile orders stack — what’s your fastest tweak to keep accuracy tight without killing speed? Current flow is one on headset, one on fries, me bagging and calling; better to batch eggs or rotate roles every 15 minutes?

Skip rotating mid-rush and micro-“batch eggs”: drop 6 every 90 seconds, shift fries to own the mobile queue with sticker labels, and you stay pure expo — ugly but fast, like my handwriting. Do you have a labeler, or should we go last-3 digits on bag and wrap for quick “call and confirm”?
